AGAPE Meals For Kids

We are a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Mount Sinai. We provide children who live with food insecurity in our local Long Island school districts a back pack of food for the weekends. Our first backpacks went out in December of 2021, and we currently have 200 children enrolled in our program. 96 of these children are in the Comsewogue School District here in Port Jefferson Station. We work directly with the school districts and we were recently honored by the Comsewogue Board of Education for the vital service that we provide to the children. We are 100% volunteer run organization and we need your support to be able to continue, and to add the children who are currently on a waiting list to be in our program.
