Bass Electric, Inc

Reliable & Professional

One cannot own a business in Port Jefferson Station or Terryville and not know Jennifer Dzvonar, who is President of Bass Electric. Co-owned with her husband Will Dzvonar, Bass Electric is a licensed and insured, family run businesses, serving all of Suffolk County since 2008. Their staff recently constructed a 12 foot tall electrified menorah, which they installed on the front lawn near the antique train car that serves as HQ for the chamber of commerce, at the corner of Rte 112 and Rte 347. Ms Dzvonar also serves as president of the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville Chamber of Commerce.

Handling commercial, light industrial and residential electrical needs, most of their business comes by word-of-mouth. This speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism, but also to their personal service. “We call when we say we will, we show up on time, we take calls 24 hours a day,” says Jennifer.

Technically, Bass Electric is expert at trouble shooting. Jennifer tells me, “…if you have an issue in your home that’s baffling you, we can figure it out.” She described how a customer in the Centereach/Selden area had an electrical problem but could not find the source. Bass Electric spent two days inspecting every possibility and located an extremely dangerous situation, a burnt, buried, ‘open splice’. It was tucked away above a basement shower that could’ve burned down the house. Jennifer shakes her head, “Don’t wait. Call us.”

Rounding out this resume is Bass Electric’s many years of service at a discount to Camp Pa Qua Tuck in Moriches, which is a Rotary Club camp for children with disabilities. This, in addition to their numerous donations of goods and services to our chamber of commerce. Contact them at 631.807.4438, or willsbasselectric.com and they are on Facebook.
